Scheduling

Booking window

  • Book up to 4 weeks ahead.
  • At least 2 hours' notice.
  • A new week opens every Monday.

Cancel or reschedule

  • 2 hours+ before the session: free, and you keep the session.
  • Inside 2 hours of the session: send a note and we'll give the session back — up to 2 times a month.
  • Beyond that, the session is used.

Sessions

  • Sessions you buy never expire.

Accounts

Parent account

  • Signs in with Google or email
  • Buys sessions, including the First Session
  • Books, cancels, and messages the tutor
  • Sets up a sign-in for each student

Student account

  • Set up by the parent — username and password
  • Prepares for sessions and views materials
  • No billing, no booking, no email ever sent to it
